Warranty Policy

  1. All sales are considered final, no return or refund will be entitled
  2. ALL IT’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
  3. ALL IT will provide 1st year warranty service for delivery to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre.
  4. All products with warranty period over one year can be sent by ALL IT to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre at the customer’s expense after 1st year from date of purchase.
  5. All courier charges for sending and returning product for exchange or warranty purposes from customer will be borne by customer except if we send the wrong or defective product to you. In the event if the defective items are sent in after 1st year of warranty period, sending back the repaired item to customer will be at customer's expense.
  6. Working products found incompatible with customer's PC or Notebook will not be entitled for any exchange.
  7. We regret to inform that we are not able to provide All IT Rewards Card benefits to online shoppers at the moment.
  8. However, customer in Klang Valley can also opt to walk-in to any of our outlets to request for exchange or warranty services. By visiting our outlets direct, it will be faster and easier as our technicians can test the product on the spot.

Return Policy: 
 ONE-to-ONE Exchange of Products within 14 Days

Only certain products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a ONE-to-one exchange (subject to availability of stock) if:

  • The product has an actual 'Manufacturer's Defect'
  • The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete, in good and re-sellable condition
  • The product is accompanied with original receipt
  • Customer needs to email us within 14 days of the date of Invoice

*Please note that certain products such as: Projectors, Monitors, Software, Ipods, Notebooks, Printers and Consumables (eg Ink Cartrdiges or Toners) are not available for a One-to-One exchange and must be sent to the manufacturers' service centre for any warranty service.

For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to email to online@allit.com.my include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice No, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason.

Product Information & Orders  Policy

The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. ALL IT Hypermarket reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).


 Pricing Error Policy

The Website contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

If you do not agreed to the revised price, order will be cancel and money will be refunded to buyer in full.

Kindly be informed that due to festive season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year & Hari Raya), online order received are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay maybe due to cut off date set by our courier service or overcapacity.
