A: ALL IT Rewards Card is a membership programme operated by ALL IT Hypermarket Sdn. Bhd. Q: How do I sign up as an ALL IT Rewards Card Member?
A: You may sign up at any of our outlet by completing the application form and choosing to sign up for one (1) year membership RM12 or two (2) year membership at a discounted rate of RM18.
Q: What are the benefits that I enjoy when I apply or renew my ALL IT Rewards Card?
A: As an ALL IT Rewards Card member, you will enjoy member promotions and discounts in half yearly Member Appreciation Day (member only discount throughout entire month; twice a year), Gift Redemptions via Point Collection, Member Special Priced Items, Birthday Gift, Complimentary Parking (1st hour or maximum RM3), Beverage Treat at selected outlets, 14 days One-to-one Exchange, 30% off Technical Support Service, Complimentary Product handling and earn extra Rewards Points.
Q: How do I know the expiration of my current ALL IT Rewards Card?
A: We will email your ALL IT Rewards Card’s expiry date twice a year. You may walk in to the nearest outlet or email us to check.
Q: How do I renew my ALL IT Rewards Card?
A: You can renew your ALL IT Rewards Card at any of ALL IT outlet by either requesting for a deduction of 3 Rewards Points from your balance Rewards Points or paying a renewal fee of RM10.00 / 2 years for RM18 only which is inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (“GST”).
Q: My ALL IT Rewards Card is expiring soon. Is it possible to renew my ALL IT Rewards Card online?
A: Sorry, currently we do not accommodate any application or renewal via online.
Q: How do I get a replacement for my lost ALL IT Rewards Card and do I have to pay for the card replacement?
A: You can get a replacement card at any ALL IT outlet by producing your Identification Card (IC) and a processing fee of Ringgit Malaysia Five (RM5.00) only.
Q: How do I earn Rewards Points?
A: You must present your ALL IT Rewards Card when you make any purchase at any ALL IT outlet. Do note that backdated transactions will not entertained.
Q: How does the point collection system work?
A: Member will be awarded with points based on the product category they purchased. Kindly refer to table below for more info.

Q: Can I still earn Rewards Points if I do not have my ALL IT Rewards Card with me while shopping at ALL IT outlets?
A: Yes. You can still collect your Rewards Points by key-in your IC/Passport no when making payment for your purchase.
Q: How do I check my latest Rewards Point balance?
A: The latest Rewards point balance is printed on your last tax invoice. We will also update you the point balance twice a year via email, normally June and December. Alternatively, you can visit any ALL IT outlet or write to us at email@example.com and request for your rewards point balance.
Q: Is there any expiry date for the accumulation of Rewards Points?
A: Yes. It will expire after 12 to 18 months from the month the points were accumulated. The points which were accumulated in January-June, will be expired on 30th June of the following year. The points which were accumulated in July-December, will be expired on 31st December of the following year. For example, customer collected 20 points in Feb 2017, these 20 points will then be expired in 30th June 2018. We will email expiry date for the particular points twice a year or you can visit any ALL IT outlet for further enquiries.
Q: If I want to return my items bought from ALL IT outlet, will my Rewards Points be deducted?
A: Yes. We will deduct your Rewards Points during the refund/exchange process as the points are not earned after the return.
Q: Can I exchange my Rewards Points for cash?
A: No. Rewards Points can only be exchanged with gifts as listed in the current Gift Redemption list.
