Terms of Service

i) Product Information

The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. ALL IT Hypermarket reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).


ii) Pricing Policy

This site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order or proposing similar product replacement.


We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you in full amount.

Do note that prices shown on ALL IT's site is valid for online purchase only.


iii) Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By ALL IT

In the event customer has placed order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you the estimate time of arrival, suggest you to consider other similar model/brand or cancel and refund to you.


Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to ALL IT ( to process the refund.

**Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days


Cancellation Request

Customer can request for order cancellation via email ( Once the cancellation have been approved,  customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to ALL IT ( to process the refund.


**Cancellation will not be accepted once online have been shipped out

**Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 5% restocking charges or RM 10 Minimum restocking charges (*which ever higher)  that will be deducted from the refund amount..

**Cancellation will be subject to term & condition of the supplier.

**Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days


iv) PWP Policy

From time to time, we run promotion on PWP (purchase with purchase) above certain amount spent. For example, customer has to spend RM100 and eligible to purchase PWP item at a very special price as indicated by the deal. PWP item is limited 1 unit per customer. Customer must choose the PWP item and make payment in the same transaction. PWP promo is not valid after payment is made.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.



When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you have given us consent to collecting it. After purchase is made, we may send you emails periodically about our store, new products, latest promotions and other updates.

If you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at



To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.


If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.


vi) Re-Print of Invoice

Kindly email us ( first before paying for the reprint of ALL IT Invoice, so that we can provide you with reprint instructions.

Please ensure that the item is purchase from ALL IT,

*No refund will be provided for the reprint of Invoice

*RM 5.00 processing fee will be charge


vii) Forfiet of Order

Self pickup order must be collected within 90 days from the purchase date. Failure to collect the order within the 90days time frame will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
