Step 1: Snap a photo of your IT products.
Step 2: Post your photo on Facebook or Instagram with hashtag #ALLITSnapAndWinRM50 and tag @allithypermarket (FB) or @allithypermarket (IG)  
Step 3: Make sure your profile setting is “PUBLIC” so that we can view it.

Ownership / Use Rights 

1. The participants hereby grant to ALL IT the right to use on any photos, information and/or any other material received by ALL IT from the participants during the contest (including but not limited to the participants’ name, email addresses, contact numbers, photo and ) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity.

2. ALL IT reserves all their exclusive right whether to reject, amend, vary or correct on any entries on which ALL IT deemed incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, invalid or where ALL IT has reasonable ground to believe it is against the law, public policy or involved fraud.

Other General Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to all Malaysia Citizens and permanent foreign residents aged 18 and over,  except for employees of ALL IT, immediate family members, its affiliate, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, principals (including the promoter(s) being hired by) and suppliers as well as its other creative agencies servicing ALL IT.

2. The participant is allowed to submit multiple entries, but each person stands a chance to win one (1) prize only.
3. 3 lucky winners will be selected by every Tuesday. The management has the right to decide the winner(s) for each prize.
4. The decision of ALL IT is final and conclusive. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.
5. Prize(s) must be claimed in person unless the winner is otherwise advised.
6. ALL IT reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize(s) of the same value, wherever it deems appropriate. ALL IT reserves the right to disqualify any entries from any participant in the programme and prohibit that Person from further participating in the programme in the event there is suspicion that there has been an attempt to tamper with the outcomes/results.
7. ALL IT may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or discontinue any aspect of the programme (including the cancellation or discontinuation of the programme and/or to replacements and/or substitutions of the prize being offered) or any part of these terms & conditions and the participant agrees to be bound by such amendments.
8. The winner(s) will be selected from the entries during the campaign’s period only. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure adhering to the contest’s instruction in order to qualify for participation.
9. The result of the contest will be announced on our Facebook’s wall post. The winner(s) shall revert back with their contact details to claim the prize. 
10. Any prize, which remains unclaimed after SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date of announcement shall be forfeited. The winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation.
11. By joining the contest, customer has agreed to provide us their contact details for ALL IT’s future marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share with third party.
