Job Description
• Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service via Live Chat, WhatsApp, email, phone, Facebook and other online platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, promotions, delivery, payment and order status.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product recommendations to support sales conversion and upselling.
• Process and follow up on online orders to ensure orders are accurately coordinated with the warehouse for packing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Procurement, Fulfillment Team and Retail Outlets to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Track and trace parcels and proactively follow up on delayed or problematic deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback and service issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Handle warranty and after-sales enquiries, including coordinating with the relevant departments and following up on warranty status.

Requirements
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Customer Service or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail or a related field.
• Experience in handling online customer enquiries, live chat or marketplace platforms will be an advantage.
• Positive, friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is energetic, responsible, organised and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and handle customers professionally under pressure.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and the IT retail industry is an added advantage. On-job training will be provided.
• Willing to learn about new products, technologies and e-commerce platforms.

- In-charged of fulfilling orders from eCommerce platform.
- Also assist in general logistics work, ie receiving of stocks.
- Team player, energetic, able to multitask & work independently.
- Knowledge in IT Retailing industry or experience in online selling is an added advantage.
- Min SPM qualifications.

• Enthusiastic intern who is currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Support our general e-commerce activities, including website content, online platform campaigns, product updates, customer service and online order fulfillment.
• Short-term internship placement preferred
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Good communication and basic computer skills

• To negotiate and procure the best deal – balancing price, quality and after sales services.
  
• To maintain proper product mix to maximise sales and profit.
  
• To negotiate and provide attractive marketing deals and promos, within deadlines.
  
• To participate in events such as carnival sales, fairs & anniversaries, when required.
• To work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as, suppliers, retail’s person-in-charged, marketing team, logistic team etc.
  
• To conduct market/outlet visit for better understanding of market trends and propose ideas for improvement.
  
• To work with team members and Procurement Managers to complete duties as required.
  
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn IT products.
  
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and handle task independently.
  
• Goal oriented, organized team player.
  
• Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Officer positions are available for fresh grad or candidates with no procurement experiment.

• With warehouse experience, computer knowledge & GDL will be an added advantage.
