E-Commerce Junior Officer / Exec

Job Description
- Responsible for managing and optimizing selected product category at our website, Shopee and Lazada.
- Driving the product category’s sales and growth, as well as maintaining online product range.
- Liaise with procurement team and brand supplier to obtain new arrivals and promotional deals.
- Assist in launching promotional campaigns, including setting promo code, briefing designer on marketing materials ie web banners, social media posts.
- Monitor competitor’s marketing strategy and study market trend.

Requirements
- Team player, energetic, able to multitask and work independently.
- Experience in managing online store will be given priority.
- Knowledge in IT products and IT retail industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh grad or junior executives are encouraged to apply.

IT Technician Junior / Officer

**Able to start work within a short period of time will add as an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
- Assist in implement, maintain and troubleshoot on MIS systems (computer hardware & software, servers, printers, network infrastructures, internet services, etc)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ERP system implementation, integration and system support.
- To manage IT asset movement and update the IT asset database.
- Handle any ad hoc assignment from management from time to time.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Degree in Information Technology / System/ Computer Science or any related field of study.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Good command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Own transport and willing to travel to retail outlets when necessary.
- Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
