- Responsible in planning, coordinating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Assist in organising, executing and following up on assigned marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibitions, on-ground events, digital campaigns, etc.

- Assist in social media posting and live streaming.

- Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis and monitoring the campaign progress.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, retail’s person-in-charge, product, creative team & etc.

- Create content for marketing collateral, social media, and other initiatives.

- Develop ideas and strategy that achieve campaign’s objective.

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or any similar degree.

- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in marketing field. However, fresh grads are welcomed to apply.

- Possessing social media live streaming experience (i.e FB Live) is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Must be passionate, creative, meticulous and tech savvy.

- Strong organisational skill, able to multi-task and a team player.

- Knowledgeable on computer and familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- To negotiate and procure the best deal – balancing price, quality and after sales services.

- To maintain proper product mix to maximise sales and profit.

- To participate in events such as carnival sales, fairs & anniversaries, when required.

- To work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as, suppliers, retail’s person-in-charged, marketing team, logistic team etc.

- To conduct market/outlet visit for better understanding of market trends and propose ideas for improvement.

- To work with team members and Procurement Managers to complete duties as required.

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn IT products.

- At least 2 years of working experience in procurement capacity.

- Able to prioritize, multi-task and handle task independently.

- Goal oriented, organized team player.

- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Officer positions are available for fresh grad or candidates with no procurement experiment.

- Maintain some selected product category’s sales and growth at our website, Shopee and Lazada platforms.

- Liaise with procurement team and brand supplier to obtain new arrivals and promotional deals.

- Assist in launching promotional campaigns, including setting promo code, preparing marketing materials ie web banners, social media posts.

- Monitor competitor’s marketing strategy and study market trend.

- Team player, energetic, able to multitask and work independently.

- Experience in managing online store will be given priority.

- Knowledge in IT products and IT retail industry is an added advantage.

- Fresh grad or junior executives are encouraged to apply.
