Q1: How long is the shipment handling time?

Maximum 7 working days. However, we usually ship out the order within 3 working days just in case we need to transfer the product from warehouse or other outlets.

Q2: Can I request for a Full Tax Invoice?

Yes, please email to us at online@allit.com.my upon purchase. We will attach the invoice when we ship out the product.

Q3: I can‘t find the item I‘m looking for in the website.

Kindly drop us an email to us at online@allit.com.my and we will try our best to source it for you.

Q4: Can I cancel my order?

Yes However, cancellation is only applicable if the order has not been shipped out. Kindly drop us an email to us at online@allit.com.my or call/Whatsapp us at 012-7122944 for order cancellation request

**Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 5% transaction charges or RM 20 Minimum transaction charges (*which ever higher) that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q5: Can I change the color variant or size of my item after purchasing?

Yes. It's only applicable if the order has not been shipped.

Q6: Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Kindly drop us an email to us at online@allit.com.my or call/Whatsapp us at 012-7122944 for changing address request. However, changing of shipping is only applicable if the order has not been shipped out.

Q7: Do you ship outside of Malaysia?

No, currently we only ship within Malaysia (both West Msia and East Msia).

Q9: How do I claim warranty?

Kindly email us at online@allit.com.my first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

Q10: What are our courier service option.

Our courier service option are Gdex and Poslaju.

*Gdex is currently only available in West Malaysia.

Q11: Can we select the Self-Pickup location?

Yes, You can select either Low Yat Plaza, Digital Mall and IOI City Mall (Putrajaya) outlet for Self-Pickup.

Q12: Will I receive my All IT Rewards Card benefits?

Yes! You can now enjoy the benefits of shopping on www.allithypermarket.com.my and our outlet as well, and conveniently renew your membership and check your points online. Simply click on the "Gift" icon on the website, log in to your account, and access all your membership information. Q13: My ALL IT Rewards membership has not expired, will my membership be extended for 1 year if I purchased more than RM600 at www.allithypermarket.com.my?

No. This offer is only available for ALL IT Online users who are not an ALL IT Rewards member or existing members
whose memberships have already expired. Current active members will not have their memberships extended.

Q14: I have made a purchase above RM600 www.allithypermarket.com.my and received the free Byte+ membership. Will I earn points for this transaction as well?

No. You will only be eligible to start earning points for your next purchase after receiving your free Byte+ membership
