Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Help with coordinating internal processes, budget tracking, and campaign monitoring under supervision.
- Assist in organising, executing and following up on assigned marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibitions, on-ground events, etc.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, retail’s person-in-charge, product team, creative team, partners/3rd parties & etc.
- Manage and oversee campaign-related social media postings for shopping mall engagements.
- Assist in preparing post-mortem reports for assigned projects and campaigns.
- Manage sourcing and inventory control activities within the Marketing Dept.
- Facilitate official notification and engagement with campaign recipience.
- Administer content uploads across all outlet television displays.
- Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related filed.

Job Description
- Responsible for managing and optimizing selected product category at our website, Shopee and Lazada.
- Driving the product category’s sales and growth, as well as maintaining online product range.
- Liaise with procurement team and brand supplier to obtain new arrivals and promotional deals.
- Assist in launching promotional campaigns, including setting promo code, briefing designer on marketing materials ie web banners, social media posts.
- Monitor competitor’s marketing strategy and study market trend.

Digital Sales Specialist

Job Description

  • Proactively follow up on leads from website, WhatsApp, marketplaces, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Make outbound calls and messages to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs (lead response time, follow-up consistency)
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase order value
  • Revive inactive or past customer leads through structured follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in system
  • Coordinate with procurement/fulfillment team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in telesales or digital sales (Fresh graduates with strong sales drive are encouraged to apply)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and persistent follow-ups
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated and resilient to rejection
  • Basic proficient skills in Excel, CRM systems, WhatsApp
  • Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
