1. What is WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
WhatsApp-For-Delivery offers you a new way of ordering your IT products or gadgets. You can now order though the WhatsApp number and make payment through instant transfer OR GrabPay so that we may arrange for third-party delivery on the appointed date.
2. Is WhatsApp-For-Delivery service available across Malaysia?
No. This service currently only covers the Klang Valley because the order is fulfilled from the outlet. Therefore, the delivery cost may differ according to the distance from the outlet to your location as we are using LALAMOVE. LALAMOVE does not cover Hulu Langat, Kuala Selangor, Rawang & Sepang. For delivery to this area or out of Klang Valley, please shop at our e-Commerce site: www.allithypermarket.com.my
3. How do i WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
Just follow these simple steps:-

Step 1 : WhatsApp the number stated above to get info on price & stock availability.
Step 2 : Provide receiver's name, receiver's contact, delivery date & delivery address.
Step 3 : Make Payment to reserve the stock. Payment options please refer FAQ No.5
Step 4 : Provide the bank in slip OR screenshot of GrabPay/Hoolah payment.
Step 5 : Get receipt number & wait for your order to arrive.
4. When are the operating hours for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
You may place your order from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays. However, delivery hours may vary depending on availability of LALAMOVE's driver and your appointed date. You must ensure to be around to receive the goods. Failing which, the goods will be returned to us and customer has to bear all the additional costs to resend the goods (eg. cost of returning the goods to the outlet & cost of resend the goods to the customer).
5. What are the payment options available for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
We have 2 payment options available.
1) Instant transfer : Maybank Berhad 514084255570 (All IT Hypermarket Sdn Bhd)
2) Request for GrabPay QR Code to make payment.
3) Request for Hoolah QR Code to make payment.

Please provide the payment slip OR screenshot of GrabPay/Hoolah payment for us to verify and confirm payment received before we can provide you the Receipt Number and arrange for third-party delivery (LALAMOVE).
6. Can i make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?
No changes allowed after payment received.
7. How will i know if ALL IT has received my payment?
A receipt number wil be given to you upon confirmation of payment received.
8. How much time does it take for my order to arrive?
Upon confirmation of payment received latest by 4:00 pm, we will book LALAMOVE for same day delivery. For payment received after 4:00 pm, we will arrange for the next day delivery.
9. What do i do if my order arrived with missing items? Or what if my order does not arrive?
We are using LALAMOVE as our delivery partner. There will be insurance coverage for delivery worth RM400 or below only.

Example scenario: 
1) If the items purchased worth RM100, this is covered up to RM100 only.
2) For delivery above RM400 and up to RM6,000, customer has to pay RM8 as insurance cost.

Claims :
Customer has to launch a written report to the WhatsApp number stated above within 1 hour for any claim. The process of claim refund may take about 30 days. By using this service, customer is agreeable to the insurance terms set by LALAMOVE.
10. Does WhatsApp-For-Delivery offer same product at the outlet?
Yes. You may list out your wish-list to us through WhatsApp and our staff will check the stock availability to quote you accordingly.
11. Is there any additional charge for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
Although we do not charge for this service, the customer has to bear the third-party cost such as insurance cost (if applicable) and delivery cost. The delivery will vary in price, depending on the distances as well as the size of the item because the rate for the delivery using motorbike and the rate for the delivery using car, or other vehicle are different. Customer should pay the insurance cost (if applicable) and delivery cost together with the item's price during instant transfer to ALL IT bank account or through GrabPay/Hoolah.
12. Is there a minimum order requirement for WhatsApp-For-Delivery?
There is no minimum order requirement for this service, but the customer has to bear the third-party cost such as insurance cost (if applicable) and delivery cost. Customer should pay the insurance cost (if applicable) and delivery cost together with the item's price during instant transfer to our bank account or through GrabPay/Hoolah.
13. Can i schedule my order in advance?
Yes, however, the stock will only be reserved after confirmation of payment received. Therefore, please provide us the bank in slip OR screenshot of GrabPay/Hoolah, together with receiver's contact, delivery address & delivery date.
14. Is the stock availability the same across all WhatsApp-For-Delivery outlets?
No, because it is based on individual outlet's stock on hand.
15. Will ALL IT keep my contact number if i use this service?
Yes, by using this service. E.g. sending an inquiry to the WhatsApp number, you have consented ALL IT to keep your contact number for future marketing updates. 16. Can i send someone to pick up my order?
No. Self pick-up option not available during FMCO.
17. Can i order through the ALL IT Online website and get LALAMOVE to collect my order?
No. Our e-Commerce site's infrastructure is using different courier services.
18. How do i track and trace my delivery?
Upon confirmation of payment received & successful booking of LALAMOVE service, we will provide LALAMOVE real time tracking link via the same WhatsApp number.
